- We will ship all orders placed before 12:00 mid day on the same day, as per the
shipping method you select unless an item is out of stock in which case we will contact you by email or telephone
to discuss the estimated time of arrival or allow you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Due to the
nature of stock and supply and the software used for our e-commerce site we cannot garuntee that an item listed as
"in-stock" has a physical presence within our physical store. Most of our suppliers will deliver stock to us in 1 working day North, Ozone & Naish delivery can take 3 working days providing stock is available. This is because items are shipped from Europe and not the U.K. Goods dispatched to you may be returned at no cost within 7 days of shipping. Re-funded payments to you will normally be paid imeadiatly on reciept of goods or within 28 days of your cancellation. Hangtime Ltd do not ship or process orders on a Monday, Saturday & Sunday.
Orders placed on-line but picked up in store will not be charged for shipping, Re-funds on shipping will be provided in-store for people picking up goods, this is due to the way our shipping configuration works. You will however be required to provide proof of purchase and proof of your identity in order to prevent fraud. - Privacy & Security
- Hangtime Ltd comply fully with the Data Protection Act 2002 and all customer data is kept secure and NOT passed to any 3rd party. Should you wish to be removed from our database or require the information we hold to be released to you, (proof of I.D. Required), please email us at info@hangtimekites.co.uk We make every effort to ensure that our server, website and PC's are protected against Cyber attack but we cannot garuntee that sites and servers are impenetrable to hacks. - Returns & Replacements
- Should you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods we have sent you, you may send the goods back to us and recive a refund of the cost of goods -shipping charges We are sorry but we cannot pay for the cost of return shipments once the goods have been recived by you Return shipping is paid for by you in this case. Should you decide you wish to exchange the goods for different items we will be happy to assist. Where the goods are of the same value and returned within 7 days of shipping there will be no charge. Where replacement goods are of a higher value than the original you, the customer will be required to pay the difference. Where the replacement item is of lower value than the original purchase we, (Hangtime Ltd), will re-fund the difference. We are sorry but we cannot pay for the cost of return shipments once the goods have been recived by you Return shipping is paid for by you in these cases. Kites are covered by a 6 month manufacturers warranty (unless stated otherwise), this covers manufacturing defect only and does not cover lines which are considered by the industry as "consumables". Where we (Hangtime Ltd), feel that a fault exists with lines we will replace at our discretion or offer a replacement set of lines at cost +VAT. Where fault exists with a kite not due to owner mis-use we will replace or repair the kite, this includes ex-demo and 2nd hand kites. Where a kite has been damaged by user error we will allways try to reach a settlement with you the customer that is to your satisfaction, however we reserve the right to refuse this support where a customer repeatedley takes advantage of this service. Replacement of goods will require Hangtime Ltd to have or recieve proof of purcahse.

To place an order on-line;
use the navigation bar at the top of the browser to select the category you are interested in.
Select the item you are interested in, don't forget you can browse the items using the page selector at the foot of the products grid.
Scroll down the page until you see configuration options such as control options or package options and confgure your options as you wish.
Place the number of products you would like to purchase into the shopiing cart e.g. 1 item, place the number 1 into the cart. The cart will then total you're options on the left hand side of the cart (as a running total).
You can now obtain a quote for shipping, simply fill in the "get shipping quote" boxes with your postcode or county and click "get quote".
The cart will then present you with all the available shipping options for your product including the free shipping option if applicable (e.g. for items over £500.00 free shipping). Select your shipping option and if you have finnished shopping click the "paypal Express Checkout" button.
This will take you to your paypal login where you can finish paying for your items in the normal manner.
