Hangtime Kitesports teamed up with Eddie Sloane of Trax Group back at the end of 2007 to try and resolve the current ban on wind powered wheel sports in-force at St. Anne's Beach since 2002.  Through various negotiations over a 4 year period we inch ever closer to a resolution.
